We truly appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied. Due to the high-end nature of your purchase and to retain the quality of the custom instrument, we allow a 48 hour period for you to inspect, play and confirm that the instrument is all you expected it to be.
In the event that you are unsatisfied, you may return the guitar for a full refund, less cost of outbound and return shipping, with the following exceptions:
- “Special Orders” - All special ordered “Not in Stock” instruments are non-returnable.
- Altered Instruments - Once an instrument has been altered in any way, it is non-returnable. (i.e. the installation of a pickguard or strap button)
If upon receipt, the guitar displays any damage out of the box, please notify us and contact FedEx immediately at 1-800-GO-FEDEX or go to www.fedex.com to report the freight damage.
Requirements to Return a Custom Shop Instrument
- The return must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt. Call us at 1-800-343-9795 to let us know you are returning the guitar. No RA# is required.
- Guitar must be shipped back via FedEx Express 2 Day Air Service FULLY INSURED for the purchase value.
- The instrument must be returned in the same condition as it arrived, with all shipping material, Certificate of Authenticity, hangtags and Warranty Card included.
- Merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 7 days of original receipt.
You are responsible for any damages incurred on the return freight. We will not take any instrument back, nor issue any refund, if the guitar is not in the same condition as when we originally shipped it out. |
