To tell you that I need to tell you where Guitarsale.com came from. The evolution toward guitarsale.com started almost thirty years ago as a guitar and bass repair shop. Soon we found if we used our abilities and down time to maximize the potential of used guitars for resale we increased our revenue stream. By applying our repair and set up techniques to vintage instruments once again our business grew. In 1977 Gibson, Fender and Martin all asked us to sell their new products. We decided unlike all of the other guitar and bass shops that we knew of, we would do the same things to the new Gibson, Fender and Martin guitars that we were doing to the used and vintage guitars and basses.
As the new instruments started rolling in we went through each new instrument and detailed the nut, frets, neck, pick ups and every other important aspect the instrument to maximize its potential. As we did this, people found satisfaction with our guitars and basses new, used or vintage. As time went on our reputation grew and we developed customers across the country even though we were from a small community. There were customers who appreciated the fact that we were players first and that the instruments were ready to play. They could call us and get an in hand description from a player, if they decided to buy, they could then tell us their set up preference and what string gauge wanted. Because all of the major details were previously taken care of we could get there set up work done and still get the instrument shipped out that day. These customer service practices were tailor made for success on the new internet marketing channel. In 2004 we were honored by a manufacture with some prestigious awards. We have come a long way through all of these years, but we still practice the customer service that got us here. We take care of the details so that when you open the box, the guitar is the guitar of your dreams.
